Everyone knows how important it is to have reliable internet connection.
Especially if you work from home and email is your main communication method. So after using 3 mobile broadband for couple of years, which is limited (not good) we switched to EE home broadband in the end of October. Looked good. To start off with that is. Then in december fault on the line happened, so had to call them to get it fixed. Still couldn't complain as they fixed it within 3 days and we were on holiday at the time. However month later our internet stopped working altogether and when I called them I was told that I cancelled services, apparently when I called to requested the repair. After 3 days of phone calls and being passed from pillar to post between various departments, they eventually admitted it was their administrative error. But no apology was offered, and they told us that can reinstate the account within two weeks, TWO WEEKS!!! So simply we moved on. Got a Talk Talk and lived happily ever after.
But there is no happily ever after. Three months on they try to chase us for broken contract and almost £100. And there is no way on earth that we will pay it. Their customer service in our case was appalling, we never received notification of this alleged administrative error. We only found out when our internet stopped. Thank goodness we have a backup of 3 payasyougo mobile internet otherwise we would have to sue them for loss of business. And now they have guts to chase us for money.
So just had a chat with girl from company doing chasing for them, explained the situation and she listened. We will see where it will go. But I will not give up without a fight.
So to de-stress I went online for more home decor inspiration, as we are still in process of decorating. The thing is this staircase. I am very tempted to something similar in silver as so far our stairs are green with white. All the pics are on my pinterest and from here.

Shopping list for next weekend
We all look for our own, individual style. And I found that as I aged I am less and less interested in what is actually in fashion this or next season. I am looking for clothes that will fit me well and will be comfortable to wear. My shoes started to come from Clarks and clothes from M&S. Isn't that sign of ageing? And there is the whole style issue. I tend to choose things I can wear until they will fall apart in classic cut and colours, instead of latest fluorescent shade of orange with green stripes ;-). Don't get me wrong, my wardrobe is still full impulse buys that will never get out (at least not until I'll take them to charity shop), but I do try and coordinate my shopping with what is already there. And when I looked last, majority is in black, white, various shades of blue and gray, and occasional red. But still in a lookout for perfect pair of jeans, some summery dresses and shoes. Never enough shoes.
Next part of my shopping next weekend will be a bookcase for diningroom, new bed for my daughter and some bits and bobs for the house. Like new lamp shades. All from Ikea of course.

So the spring home makeover had started.
Currently in process of redecorating the kitchen. But the rest of it is waiting in line. And first the painting, then the whole rest.
The ironic thing is that we were waiting to move the house for last year, still didn't happen so we go ahead with decorating. Biggest irony will be if we get to move in next 3 months. If after that it is still worth it.
So couple pics with interior stuff I would love to have.
All the stuff is from DaWanda , lots of unique, hand made and fun stuff. Try it.

spring home makeover
Looking for inspirations for spring home makeover is not easy, it's not only painting the walls what is very needed. I need to de-clutter. And that is no small task- trust me. I have so many thing squirrelled away for various projects which are still in my head, or half done as is the case with wool rug. I got two fleeces from a friend and 3/4 are still waiting for carding (soon will be a year). Boxes and bags of fabrics in every room of the house seems to multiply with every finished project. And there are other crafts and arts I dabbled with. Need to deal with it. All in good time. Only problem is that there is no time. We planned to do it at Easter holiday as that is when I am 2 weeks of Uni, my husband doesn't have his teaching for that time, but looks like other work will get in a way. And after that we will get very swiftly into assessment week so I will have to revise a lot. However her is my mood board for my spring house makeover, very springy, very floral with a hint of a coast. Enjoy.
