So the spring home makeover had started.

Currently in process of redecorating the kitchen. But the rest of it is waiting in line. And first the painting, then the whole rest.
The ironic thing is that we were waiting to move the house for last year, still didn't happen so we go ahead with decorating. Biggest irony will be if we get to move in next 3 months. If after that it is still worth it.
So couple pics with interior stuff I would love to have.

All the stuff is from DaWanda , lots of unique, hand made and fun stuff. Try it.

Do you like artistic jewellery?

I love it, I love to have pieces no one else will. But I love quality and low price as well and it's not easy to find something truly unique for the right price. We have now more options then ever: Etsy, Ebay, small boutiques, being bilingual I am using Allegro and other Polish websites, but still if you want something nice for reasonable price it requires some effort. Recently I was lucky to find amazing pieces. They are some of the artists only shopping websites, ArsNeo for example, but have a feeling it would be cheaper to contact the Artists themselves.
Here are some pictures of beautiful stuff I found recently:

All of them are made by an artist http://arsneo.pl/tworcy/dorota-nitza.html , and I believe some of them will find their home with me soon :-)
Here are some of the pieces I already bought from Allegro (which is Polish version of Ebay)

I love Amber, That every piece of it is different and unique. And apparently it has healing properties as well. Win win.
But if you like unique pieces and are on tight budget the find your local Art school, college or university, they often are doing sales  of students works for various charities, where you can buy one-off items for literally pennies. Like this one, got on sale at Uni, when Art Faculty was doing fundraising.

spring home makeover

Looking for inspirations for spring home makeover is not easy, it's not only painting the walls what is very needed. I need to de-clutter. And that is no small task- trust me. I have so many thing squirrelled away  for various projects which are still in my head, or half done as is the case with wool rug. I got two fleeces from a friend and 3/4 are still waiting for carding (soon will be a year). Boxes and bags of fabrics in every room of the house seems to multiply with every finished project. And there are other crafts and arts I dabbled with. Need to deal with it. All in good time. Only problem is that there is no time. We planned to do it at Easter holiday as that is when I am 2 weeks of Uni, my husband doesn't have his teaching for that time, but looks like other work will get in a way. And after that we will get very swiftly into assessment week so I will have to revise a lot. However her is my mood board for my spring house makeover, very springy, very floral with a hint of a coast. Enjoy.

Small stuff is from here and sofa and armchair are from here .
